Thinking of a detox or a reset after over-indulging this Christmas period? A colonic irrigation/hydrotherapy session is an excellent way to draw a line under the old ways and initiate the start of new better practices. After a "reset" you are more likely to treat your body like "a temple" and introduce more nourishing, healthy foods into your diet. This can have a knock on effect, combining other practices like diet and exercise, to lead to an all round better you.....
I recommend an initial course of 2-3 sessions for a deeper cleanse and then a maintenance strategy but the best thing to do, if you are unsure is try one and you should feel immediate benefits, after your first cleanse and then book a follow up.
You can add to your colonic a choice of herbs or a probiotic implant or alternatively you can book "the works" which is a colonic, bespoke enema based on your needs at the consultation, with a high strength probiotic implant to help strengthen your "good army" gut bacteria.

Cambridge 1:1 Diet Rugby and Daventry
I am a 1:1 Cambridge Diet Consultant for Rugby Warwickshire and Daventry, Northamptonshire. I started my weight loss journey in 2019. I lost 3 stone and kept it off. I was so impressed with the results, I became a Consultant. I love helping other people with their weight loss goals. I wish I had done it years ago. The reason I did not was because I had preconceived ideas about what the diet involved and how difficult is was. I am more than happy to admit that I was wrong. Food Intolerance Testing
If you have suspicions that certain foods are causing you sensitivities or you just cant figure out what is going on, I offer 2 types of testing. The first is an in-house practitioners test, from a small finger prick blood sample. The in-house option covers 59, predetermined common foods. I perform the test in-house on behalf of my lab. The second option is self administered lab tests. These are available to purchase from my shop. More choice and more foods are available ranging in price depending on the number of foods you wish to test. A kit is supplied by post, complete with lancets for you to obtain a finger prick blood sample. A pre-paid envelope is supplied so that you can return your sample to the lab. The envelope fits in a standard size post box. My lab then supplies me your report within 5 days by email.

Other relaxing Therapies
I offer other holistic therapies for relaxation, beautification or to treat yourself on your journey. I currently offer reiki (Angelic and Usui), Indian head massage, hopi ear candles, facials, eyelash lift and tint amongst other holistic and beauty treatments. You can also book these on-line.
